What are your wax melts made of?

Our wax melts are created using the finest coconut and rapeseed wax, vegan and cruelty free fragrance oil and biodegradable, eco-friendly glitter, where possible. 

How do I use them?  

Our wax melts must be used with tea light burners, or electric burners. We do not advise oil burners as they tend to overheat the wax, since they are usually smaller, meaning the heat plate is too close to the flame. 

Simply snap off 2-3 segments, make sure your dish is not too full, and enjoy the scent. 

Where can I find your reviews?

How many squares should I use?

2-3 squares depending on how strong you want the scent and size of the room.

What glitter do you use?

We use biodegradable glitter wherever we can. Biodegradable glitter only comes in hex shapes so our other shapes such as stars are not biodegradable but as soon as we can we will switch, we are an eco conscious business. 

How long do they burn for? 

This depends on a few things such as your type of wax burner and how many pieces you put in. They can last a bit longer in electric burners because they have a cooler melting point then tea light burners. 

Our scents consist of top, mid and base notes. Fragrances that are full of top notes will lose their fragrance quicker than those that mainly consist of base notes. Majority of our melts contain all 3, so you will find that the fragrance will change as it burns.  

How do I clean the wax out of my burner?

Simply pop in a tea light/turn on your burner, wait 15 seconds or so (till the wax just starts to heat) and press gently on the edge of the wax to pop it out. I like to use a cotton pad to avoid getting wax on my fingers. Or you can allow the wax to liquify and use a couple of cotton pads to soak it all up.

We recommend giving your burner a thorough clean in hot soapy water every so often and examining it for damages/cracks, if it is at all damaged then it should be replaced as it could become dangerous. We have a video on our TikTok of how to clean them fully. 

How should I store them?

Our wax melts are perfectly packaged for storage but we do recommend keeping them in a cool place, and out of direct sunlight. If properly stored, they can keep their scent and colouring for up to 12 months. 

How much is your delivery? 

Our delivery starts at £3.99 and all orders are despatched within 5-7 days using Royal Mail. We offer 2nd class signed for delivery as standard but we do have a 1st class option. We offer free delivery on orders over £25. 

​Why are so many items out of stock?

We typically update the website on Sundays at 7.30pm, historically this ensures there is a good range of scents available at all times, but due to high demand for some popular and best-loved scents, we do sell out of many products on the same day!

How long are delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the following working day.

For restock orders it may take up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Monthly boxes work as a pre-order and we aim to be ship before the 15th of each month.
For example, if you place an order for the monthly box in March you will receive April's box.

What is your Returns Policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, this means that any products you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Just let our customer care team know to expect them prior to making the return and post to:

Return postage is covered by the customer. If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
