How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to despatch within 5-7 working days (if not sooner, but this may increase in busy periods!). Once our parcel has left us it’s up to Royal Mail, we cannot control their delivery timescale. 

 

What are your delivery fees?

We send all of our UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd class 'signed for' - the cost is £3.99 

We also have a first class option on our site. 

Note, an additional charge may be incurred for certain items due to weight/size. This’ll be displayed at checkout. 

We offer free postage on all orders over £30. 

 

How will I know my order has been sent?

You'll receive a notification via email as soon as your order has been sent. Keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders as it may end up in there.

We create many of our melts to order and aim to despatch within 5-7 working days (but often within a couple of days) 

 

What are your delivery fees?

We send all of our orders via Royal Mail - costs are dependent on the weight of your order, and area to be shipped to, but prices start at £9.
